As a certified exercise correction / functional movement specialist and personal trainer, the majority of clients I work with have been injured through over-training, injury, and illness. I analyze my clients’ movement patterns and identify any imbalances or instabilities that may create compensations leading to potential injury or prevent an existing injury from healing correctly.
I then incorporate exercise modifications into an overall workout plan to correct the imbalances while safely and effectively increasing my client’s fitness level, strength and flexibility.
Done consistently, and using only the amount of weight or resistance they can tolerate at their existing strength level, my clients have seen remarkable changes in their physiology, strength, and balance.
